Scent families
- Citrus Bright and zesty — lemon, bergamot, grapefruit. Wakes you up.
- Green Crushed leaves and cut grass. Smells like outside, in a good way.
- Aquatic Sea spray and clean air. The classic "fresh out the shower" vibe.
- Fresh Spicy Pepper, ginger, cardamom. Sharp and a bit fizzy.
- Floral Rose, jasmine, iris. Can be soft and pretty or loud and heady.
- Powdery Soft, clean, slightly makeup-like. Cosy rather than sharp.
- Sweet Sugary and fruity. Easy to like, easy to overdo.
- Gourmand Literally edible — vanilla, chocolate, caramel, coffee.
- Amber Warm, golden, resinous. The glow in most "expensive-smelling" scents.
- Woody Dry cedar, sandalwood, vetiver. Grown-up and grounding.
- Leather Smoky, rich, a little rough. Confident and not subtle.
- Musk Skin-like and soft. The thing that makes a scent smell like you.
- Animalic Raw and a bit dirty. Divisive, but unforgettable in small doses.
