Stercus by Orto Parisi is an unisex extrait de parfum from 2015 in the luxury price tier. It opens with myrrh and frankincense, moves into civet and castoreum and dries down to patchouli, musk and amber. Expect around 12 hours of wear, and it projects very strongly.

Opening
- Myrrh Bitter, smoky resin. Ancient-smelling and slightly cool.
- Frankincense Bright, peppery, church-like resin. Lifts and cools a fragrance.
Heart
- Civet Sharp, faecal and intense on its own. In trace amounts it makes florals glow.
- Castoreum Leathery, smoky and warm. Adds depth and a bit of danger.
Dry-down
- Patchouli Damp earth and dark chocolate. Either you love it or it's your least favourite note.
- Musk Warm, skin-like and slightly sweet. Makes a fragrance feel like you.
- Amber Warm, golden and resinous. Not a real material — a blend that glows.
