Andaleeb
Andaleeb by Lattafa is an unisex eau de parfum in the budget price tier. It opens with sweet orange, mandarin and bergamot, moves into jasmine and rose and dries down to patchouli, sandalwood and vetiver. Expect around 8 hours of wear, and it projects strongly.
Notes, explained
Opening
- Sweet Orange Juicy and cheerful. The friendliest citrus there is.
- Mandarin Soft, sweet, almost powdery citrus. Gentler than orange.
- Bergamot Sharp citrus with a faint bitter edge. The opening of about half of all men's fragrances.
Heart
- Jasmine Heady, sweet and slightly animal underneath. Rarely subtle.
- Rose Can be jammy, green, peppery or soapy depending on the type. Not one smell.
Dry-down
- Patchouli Damp earth and dark chocolate. Either you love it or it's your least favourite note.
- Sandalwood Creamy, milky wood. Soft and almost edible.
- Vetiver Dry, earthy, smoky grass root. Smells like soil and citrus peel.
