Oud Pashmina by Montale is an unisex eau de parfum in the niche price tier. It opens with saffron, incense, lemon and sugar, moves into leather, rose, oud and patchouli and dries down to amber, mate, oakmoss and musk. Expect around 10 hours of wear, and it projects very strongly.

Opening

Saffron Leathery, medicinal and slightly metallic. The signature of modern niche.

Amber Warm, golden and resinous. Not a real material — a blend that glows.
Mate Dry, smoky, bitter green tea. Toasted rather than fresh.
Oakmoss Damp forest floor. Bitter, green and the backbone of every chypre.
Musk Warm, skin-like and slightly sweet. Makes a fragrance feel like you.
