It opens with saffron and cumin, moves into honey, geranium, hay, immortelle and cardamom and dries down to oud, patchouli, ambergris, atlas cedar and haitian vetiver. - Saffron Leathery, medicinal and slightly metallic. The signature of modern niche.
- Cumin Warm, spicy and unmistakably sweaty. Divides rooms.
Heart
- Honey Sweet, waxy and slightly animalic. Can smell dirty in large doses.
- Geranium Rosy and minty at once. Reads masculine more often than not.
- Hay Sun-dried grass and tonka. Warm, rustic and comforting.
- Immortelle Maple syrup, curry and hay. Genuinely strange and very distinctive.
- Cardamom Cool, aromatic spice with a eucalyptus lift. Smells expensive.
Dry-down
- Oud Resinous, medicinal, barnyard-adjacent wood. The most expensive note in perfumery.
- Patchouli Damp earth and dark chocolate. Either you love it or it's your least favourite note.
- Ambergris Salty, animal, sun-warmed skin. Marine and musky at once.
- Atlas Cedar Smoother, resinous cedar. Warmer than the Virginia type.
- Haitian Vetiver Cleaner, smokier vetiver with a grapefruit lift. Less earthy than Javan.
