Isola Sol
Isola Sol by Roja Parfums is an unisex parfum in the luxury price tier. It opens with lemon, bergamot, mandarin, petitgrain, apricot and peach, moves into neroli, sambac jasmine, ylang-ylang and coconut and dries down to pink pepper, cedarwood, sandalwood, amyris, sea salt and musk. Opening
- Lemon Clean, sour, instantly recognisable. Bright but burns off fast.
- Bergamot Sharp citrus with a faint bitter edge. The opening of about half of all men's fragrances.
- Mandarin Soft, sweet, almost powdery citrus. Gentler than orange.
- Petitgrain Bitter twigs and leaves of the orange tree. Dry and a little green.
- Apricot Warm, jammy stone fruit. Often hiding inside osmanthus.

Heart
- Neroli Distilled orange blossom. Green, soapy and elegant.
- Sambac Jasmine Greener, more tea-like jasmine. Less indolic than grandiflorum.
- Ylang-Ylang Banana-custard floral. Rich, tropical and slightly rubbery.
- Coconut Creamy and tropical. Suncream in the best possible way.
Dry-down
- Pink Pepper Fizzy, rosy and bright. Adds sparkle without heat.
- Cedarwood Dry, pencil-shaving woodiness. Clean and structural.
- Sandalwood Creamy, milky wood. Soft and almost edible.
- Amyris Soft, sweet, sandalwood-adjacent. Often stands in for the real thing.
- Sea Salt Mineral and dry. Skin after a day at the beach.
- Musk Warm, skin-like and slightly sweet. Makes a fragrance feel like you.
