Paragon
Paragon by Initio is an unisex extrait de parfum from 2019 in the luxury price tier. It opens with bergamot, sage and lavender, moves into palo santo and black pepper and dries down to sandalwood and oud. Expect around 10 hours of wear, and it projects strongly.

Opening
- Bergamot Sharp citrus with a faint bitter edge. The opening of about half of all men's fragrances.
- Sage Dry, herbal and slightly bitter. Adds a grown-up, aromatic edge.
- Lavender Herbal, clean, slightly medicinal. Barbershop in one note.
Heart
- Palo Santo Sweet, resinous holy wood. Smoky with a citrus lift.
- Black Pepper Dry and prickly. Gives a fragrance grip and a bit of bite.
Dry-down
- Sandalwood Creamy, milky wood. Soft and almost edible.
- Oud Resinous, medicinal, barnyard-adjacent wood. The most expensive note in perfumery.
