Flora Carnivora
Flora Carnivora by Henry Rose is an unisex eau de parfum in the premium price tier. It opens with orange blossom and neroli, moves into sambac jasmine and tuberose and dries down to cedarwood, haitian vetiver, musk and amber. Expect around 6 hours of wear, and it projects at a moderate level.
Notes, explained
Opening
- Orange Blossom Sweet, soapy and sunny. Neroli's warmer sibling.
- Neroli Distilled orange blossom. Green, soapy and elegant.
Heart
- Sambac Jasmine Greener, more tea-like jasmine. Less indolic than grandiflorum.
- Tuberose Creamy, waxy and enormous. The loudest white flower.
Dry-down
- Cedarwood Dry, pencil-shaving woodiness. Clean and structural.
- Haitian Vetiver Cleaner, smokier vetiver with a grapefruit lift. Less earthy than Javan.
- Musk Warm, skin-like and slightly sweet. Makes a fragrance feel like you.
- Amber Warm, golden and resinous. Not a real material — a blend that glows.
