Aether by French Avenue is an unisex extrait de parfum from 2024 in the budget price tier. It opens with green apple, bergamot and mandarin, moves into petitgrain, cashmeran, cedarwood and violet and dries down to oakmoss, musk and amberwood. Expect around 8 hours of wear, and it projects at a moderate level.

Opening
- Green Apple Tart, crunchy and sharp. Cleaner and cooler than red apple.
- Bergamot Sharp citrus with a faint bitter edge. The opening of about half of all men's fragrances.
- Mandarin Soft, sweet, almost powdery citrus. Gentler than orange.
Heart
- Petitgrain Bitter twigs and leaves of the orange tree. Dry and a little green.
- Cashmeran Musky, woody and slightly spicy. Velvety and very persistent.
- Cedarwood Dry, pencil-shaving woodiness. Clean and structural.
- Violet Powdery, sweet and a bit retro. Parma Violets in flower form.
Dry-down
- Oakmoss Damp forest floor. Bitter, green and the backbone of every chypre.
- Musk Warm, skin-like and slightly sweet. Makes a fragrance feel like you.
- Amberwood Dry synthetic warmth, sharper than amber. Everywhere in modern masculines.
