Ambery Cherry by Dossier is an unisex eau de parfum from 2021 in the budget price tier. It opens with cherry, almond and cinnamon, moves into clove, rose, jasmine and plum and dries down to peru balsam, tonka bean and vanilla. Expect around 7 hours of wear, and it projects at a moderate level.

Opening
- Cherry Sweet, syrupy and a bit almondy. Currently everywhere.
- Almond Marzipan and cherry-stone. Sweet with a bitter undertone.
- Cinnamon Sweet heat. Reads festive, sometimes to a fault.
Heart
- Clove Hot, dry and dental. Powerful — a little goes a long way.
- Rose Can be jammy, green, peppery or soapy depending on the type. Not one smell.
- Jasmine Heady, sweet and slightly animal underneath. Rarely subtle.
- Plum Dark, wine-like and slightly stewed. Autumnal.
Dry-down
- Peru Balsam Vanilla and cinnamon resin. Deep and syrupy.
- Tonka Bean Almond, hay and vanilla in one. Warm and slightly nutty.
- Vanilla Sweet, creamy and warm. The most comforting note in perfumery.
